Sales Application Engineer

Location: New York City Your Responsibilities: Provide prompt and accurate support for sales representative inquiries related to special applications, systems, and pricing. Process requests for modifications, options, and other general information not covered by published pricing. Stay informed on new products and competitive models in the marketplace. Communicate suggested modifications to products and services to meet customer requirements, and provide feedback to product management regarding unmet product or service needs. Write or contribute content for technical literature to support internal teams and field applications. Participate in product training for sales representatives and customers. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a STEM-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related technical, engineering, applications support, or similar role preferred. Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge and training to support customer, sales, or product-related initiatives. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a sales incentive plan. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.
