We are seeking motivated and ambitious early-career Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help drive pipeline growth for our Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) business across the U.S.
We are looking for reps in Arizona, Utah, Washington or Oregon.
This role is designed as an entry point into a long-term sales career, offering structured development and dedicated sales training to direct hands-on experience, and clear progression into a revenue-generating Business Development Officer (BDO) position. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to break into B2B sales within a high-growth, recession-resilient industry.
As an SDR, you will build foundational sales skills in prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling while partnering closely with experienced sales professionals. High performers in this role will have a defined pathway into a BDO role with direct ownership of client relationships and revenue targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Generating and qualifying new leads through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and prospecting activities.
Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support sales targets and regional growth objectives.
Engaging target personas through phone, email, and other digital channels.
Applying qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT) to assess and prioritize leads before handing off to Sales.
Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), including prospect interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity.

Team-oriented mindset with a competitive, goal-driven attitude
What We Offer
Flexible hybrid work model and remote based opportunities
Career development in a global, inclusive environment
