Job Description
Want to start your sales career with structure, support and real responsibility from day one? Convey’s Emerging Talent Program is a six-month development experience for early-career professionals. You’ll join as a Sales Development Representative on our Enterprise and Mid-Market team and start the first conversation with utilities that have never worked with Convey. You’ll own outbound prospecting end to end and hand qualified meetings to our Account Executives.
You’ll also join a cohort of early-career hires across Convey. Together you’ll learn from company leaders, build a network beyond your team and lead a project that improves how we find and win new customers.
We’re hiring two SDRs into this cohort. One will focus on Enterprise Investor-Owned Utilities, and the other will focus on Municipal Utilities and Co-Operatives. This is a new-logo role with no account management and no inbound queue. It’s based on-site in our Denver office three days a week.

- Qualify interest and hand well-documented opportunities to Account Executives
- Keep Salesforce accurate and current, including activity, notes and next steps
- Use sales engagement and buying-signal tools to prioritize accounts and sharpen your sequences
