What you'll do

The Sales Representative will manage a high volume of calls to provide detailed information about electric bikes and schedule deliveries.
They are responsible for addressing customer objections and utilizing effective sales techniques to convert leads into loyal clients.

What you need

Candidates must be native or fluent in Spanish with C1-C2 level English proficiency and at least one year of sales experience.
Applicants are required to have a personal computer, high-speed internet, and the ability to work according to New York time zone shifts.

As part of our growing Remote Sales & Support team, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and customer support, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Efficiently handle a large number of calls, ensuring a high level of service Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and manage deliveries Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services Use proven selling techniques to turn potential customers into loyal clients Native/Fluent Spanish speaker Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2 level) 1+ years of experience in a sales role High-speed internet connection, personal computer, and headset Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (shifts of 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm New York Time) Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills Competitive salary with quarterly performance bonuses Friendly and supportive team.
