What you'll do
- Greet customers, assess service needs, provide estimates, schedule appointments, and follow up.
- Coordinate with the service team, update customers on progress, and help ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
What you need
- Previous service advisor or automotive service experience is required; RV or marine experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, upselling ability, and weekend availability are requested.
