Responsibilities: Oil Changes Tire Rotations Cabin Filter Replacements Wiper Blade Replacements Help customers understand their automotive needs Pay: $18 per hour + Bonus Incentive Requirements: The minimum requirements to be considered for this position are Must work well on a team Can complete tasks correctly and efficiently Must pass a strength and physical ability test Ability to lift 70 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time Understanding of safety policies and practices Must be at least 18 years old to apply Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening Benefits: 1-week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) 12 days Paid Time Off per year (after 6 months) Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance Tenure!
