Position Summary:
Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking a Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our branch, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments.
Essential Functions:
Task Maestro: Assist dispatch in creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data.
Office Maven: Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
Customer Champion: Welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs.

Minimum Qualifications:
