This position also includes a rotating on-call schedule, with on-call responsibilities one week every other week. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means: Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings Getting empty homes move-in ready Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great Doing preventive maintenance and inspections Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service #INDSJ
