Anything over 40 hours will be paid at a flat rate, ensuring you’re compensated for your hard work. Unionized: UAW local 259 What We’re Looking For: Experienced Service Technicians: If you have a background in automotive repair and maintenance, particularly with BMW drivetrains or other luxury vehicles, we want to hear from you! Attention to Detail: You'll be working on some of the most advanced and rugged off-road vehicles on the market, so precision and a passion for quality work are key. Strong Diagnostic Skills: Experience with diagnostics, engine repair, drivetrain systems, and vehicle systems troubleshooting. Team Player: While you'll have the independence to work on your tasks, we're looking for someone who can collaborate with others and be part of a growing dealership team. What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Pay: $25–$45 per hour based on your experience, with guaranteed 37.5 hours a week. Flat Rate Pay for Overtime: Any hours worked beyond 40 are compensated at a flat rate, ensuring you’re paid fairly for extra work.
