What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
- Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
What you need
- Requires 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education, a valid driver's license, and living within 30 minutes of the property.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

Service Technician
for our 168-unit community and we're ready to talk to you now.
What You'll Earn
$23.00–$25.00/hour base pay
Up to 50% rent discount
— live where you work
Shared renewal commissions with property staff
$300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend
$15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)
Full medical, dental, and vision

10 paid holidays + generous PTO and sick leave
What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
What You Need
Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
Must live within 30 minutes of the property
1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
