About the company

Data Business Equipment

Banking · 51 to 200 employees

At DBE, we believe great work starts with great people and strong relationships. We are a company built on taking ownership, building trust, and staying connected—with one another and with the clients we serve. We do the right thing, even when it isn’t the easy thing, and we are clear about where we’re headed as a business and what we expect from each other along the way. Our values show up in how we work every day: Dedication (Taking Ownership) — If you see it, you own it. We lead by example and follow through on our commitments. Bond (Building Trust) — We have each other’s backs. We are vulnerable, honest, and do what we say we will do. Engagement (Being Passionately Connected) — We listen to understand, overcommunicate, seek input, and celebrate success together. At DBE, success is measured not just by results, but by the strength of the relationships we build and the trust we earn.
