Logan Contractors Supply is seeking a dependable, skilled Service Technician to join our Des Moines team! If you have experience with small engine repair and a solid mechanical background, we want to hear from you. Diesel engine experience isn’t required, but it would be a strong plus.
Position Overview:
As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of construction equipment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment in top shape while offering quality service and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair small engines
Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot issues
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Interact professionally with team members and customers
Maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment
Keep the shop and tools clean and organized
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in small engine repair (required)
Diesel engine experience (preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
