Pay: $19 to $20 per hour, based on experience Overtime Available What You'll Do Repair and service replacement windows, entry doors, and siding Perform maintenance and light repairs at customer homes Complete caulking, finishing, and touch-up painting as needed Diagnose product and installation issues and document repair recommendations Safely operate and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles Travel to customer job sites using a company-provided truck Provide exceptional customer service and represent Window World professionally Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, handyman services, window and door installation, or home improvement is preferred but not required Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Overtime opportunities Company truck, gas card, and cellphone provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and vacation accrual Paid training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities with a growing company Why Join Window World?
