- Create service catalog items and reusable subflows
- Build PPM forms and flows
- Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
- Map processes
- Write user stories
- Run UAT
- Write SOPs and training
What you need
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- U.S. citizenship
- ServiceNow development: Flow Designer, Integration Hub, catalog items, subflows
- ServiceNow PPM
- Process mapping, user stories and UAT
- A&A/RMF or GRC in ServiceNow (preferred)
- eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations (preferred)
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification (preferred)

Automate the work behind a secure enterprise. You'll build ServiceNow workflows, catalog items and integrations that thousands of users rely on for a federal national-security mission.
What you'll do
Build automation-heavy workflows in Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Create service catalog items and reusable subflows
- Build PPM forms and flows
- Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
- Map processes, write user stories, run UAT and write SOPs and training
