The role focuses on the NDA and PR process, from intake through execution. The analyst works with engagement teams, external counterparties, contracts and procurement stakeholders, and Deloitte’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) to keep requests moving through the appropriate review and approval steps.
The analyst also helps teams maintain reliable plans, records, and reporting so leaders can see progress, address risks, and meet engagement commitments. This role calls for attention to detail, responsive stakeholder service, sound judgment, and respect for established legal and contracting processes.
Work You’ll Do
NDA Coordination
* Receive and initiate NDA requests, confirming the business purpose, counterparty details, and supporting information before submission.
* Coordinate the process from drafting and issuance through OGC review, proposed revisions, negotiation, approval, and execution. OGC retains responsibility for legal advice, substantive negotiation, and legal approval.
* Track NDA versions, open questions, action owners, approvals, status, and execution dates; follow up with stakeholders to resolve outstanding items.
* Communicate clear status updates and next steps to engagement teams, counterparties, OGC, and contracts or procurement stakeholders.
* Escalate incomplete requests, delays, unusual terms, and potential compliance concerns to the appropriate decision-makers.
* Maintain accurate, secure records of requests, correspondence, approvals, and executed agreements in accordance with applicable policies and retention requirements.
PR Coordination
* Create and process Purchase Requisitions for goods and services.
* Support subcontract awards for services.
* Process funding and administrative modifications.
* Coordinate with engagement teams and procurement stakeholders.
* Ensure requisitions are complete, accurate, properly supported, and compliant with GPS requirements.
* Track requisition status and help resolve processing issues.
PMO Delivery and Governance
* Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable trackers for assigned engagements.
* Track risks, issues, actions, decisions, and required approvals, including owners, due dates, follow-up, and escalation.
* Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document decisions, and follow through on action items.
* Collect and validate project updates; prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and leadership or client-facing materials.
* Support document and version control, change requests, resource planning, and financial tracking as applicable to each engagement.
Stakeholder Coordination and Improvement
* Work across engagement teams and support functions to turn requests into clear actions, owners, and deadlines.
* Identify reporting gaps, recurring delays, and process bottlenecks; recommend practical improvements.
* Develop and maintain useful templates, trackers, procedures, and knowledge materials that improve consistency across engagements.
A successful candidate would possess these skills:
* Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
* Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
* Ability to lead projects or workstreams

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
* At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
* We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

* No one other than designated Deloitte personnel (e.g., a Deloitte recruiter or Deloitte hiring partner) is permitted to extend any job offer from Deloitte.
Anyone who at any time has made or makes any payment to any party in exchange for promises of job or selection for a job with Deloitte or any matter related to this (including those for ‘registration’, ‘verification’ or ‘security deposit’) or otherwise engages with any such person who has made or makes fraudulent promises or offers, does so (or has done so) entirely at their own risk. Deloitte takes no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorized or fraudulent actions or engagements. We encourage jobseekers to exercise caution.
