What you'll do
- Measure, cut, and fabricate sheet metal components with precision
- Operate CNC equipment and manual fabrication tools safely
- Assemble custom chimney caps with a high level of attention to detail
- Maintain production speed while ensuring every finished product meets company quality standards
What you need
- Punctual and ready to work every day
- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16"
- Perform basic shop math
- Positive, coachable attitude and a commitment to quality
- Metal fabrication or construction experience (preferred)

Compensation & Career Growth
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour.
Fast-Track Review: Your first performance evaluation occurs after just 30 days, with immediate opportunities for wage increases based on skill development.
Top-Tier Earning: Our experienced fabricators earn up to $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure (down to 1/16") and perform basic shop math.
Experience: Metal fabrication or construction experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
Attitude: A positive, coachable attitude and a commitment to quality.
