What You'll Do As a Shipping Administrative Assistant, you'll support the efficient coordination of shipping and logistics operations, helping ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Working closely with internal teams, customers, and shipping partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent service while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include: Perform invoicing Enters tracking information into the company ERP system. Review sales orders for accuracy and discrepancies Verify shipment information in the ERP system before orders leave the facility and resolve any errors Prepare export documentation for international shipments Schedule shipment pickups with carriers for shipments Create FedEx and UPS shipping labels Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment status Coordinate with freight forwarders to facilitate international shipments Pack and label product samples Respond to customer and freight forwarder inquiries Collect and complete documentation required for the duty drawback program Obtain freight quotes as requested Work closely with the shipping department to ensure clear communication between sales and shipping teams Requirements What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn Benefits TCI offers a competitive benefits package, including: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Company 401(k) Match Life Insurance Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Paid Holidays If you're looking for a stable manufacturing career with opportunities to learn new skills, work with advanced materials, and grow with an industry leader, we'd like to hear from you.
