What you need
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields or relevant experience. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">2 - 3 years of experience managing corporate social media programs, communications, public relations, or digital content strategies. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Demonstrated experience developing and executing B2B organic social media strategies. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Strong understanding of major social platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences and platforms. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing programs. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Knowledge of social listening, community management, and online reputation management practices. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Travel: Potential quarterly travel</span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Familiarity with social media management, listening and analytics platforms. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience leading employee advocacy and employer brand initiatives. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Knowledge of brand governance, communications strategy and crisis communications principles. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership programs. </span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Experience working within complex, global or matrixed organizations. </span></span>
