Social Services Coordinator

Jefferson Center in Sarasota, FL. is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for its affordable senior living apartment community. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for conducting a person-centered assessment to understand the needs of the resident and develop and modify a resident's required services. The position requires a knowledge of supportive services and other resources needed for the population of the community. The Service Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for the elderly and disabled served. This is a full-time position with a M-F work schedule Minimum requirements: A B.A. degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Counseling or related field is required.
