What you'll do
- Optimize, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce
- Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend best practices, and implement scalable solutions
- Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences to streamline processes and drive adoption
- Configure objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness
- Provide training and create user-friendly documentation for team members
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics
What you need
- Master of Science in Computer Science
- 12 months as Salesforce Developer, Software Developer, or related
- 12 months of work experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- 12 months of work experience in Visualforce and custom UI development
- 12 months of work experience in Salesforce DX, GitHub, and Change Sets
- 12 months of work experience in Jitterbit, Data Loader, and Informatica
- 12 months of work experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud and portal management
- 12 months of work experience in Conga Document Generation and Salesforce Document Automation
- Education: a postgraduate degree

NOTICE OF JOB OPPORTUNITY
Job Title: Software Developer, Salesforce
Job Duties: Optimize, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce, improving functionality and user experience. Identify opportunities for improvement within Salesforce, recommend best practices, and implement scalable solutions. Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences to streamline processes and drive adoption across various departments. Configure objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builders, and validation rules. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness. Provide training and create user-friendly documentation for team members to ensure high adoption of Salesforce processes and features. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to help teams make informed decisions.
Required education: Master of Science in Computer Science.
Required experience: 12 months as Salesforce Developer, Software Developer, or related.
Additional minimum requirements: 12 months of work experience in each of the following:
Apex; Lightning Web Components (LWC);
Visualforce; custom UI development;
Salesforce DX; GitHub; Change Sets;
Jitterbit; Data Loader; Informatica;
Salesforce Experience Cloud; portal management; Conga Document Generation; Salesforce Document Automation.
40 hours/week. Job site/interview: Farmingdale, NJ. Salary $137,717/year, benefits incl. med., dental, vision, 401k & more. EOE
