What you need

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, technical support, systems engineering, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of POS systems, payment processing, software applications, or related technologies preferred. Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and technical troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer-facing activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems, demonstration environments, or technical documentation tools preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
