Overview As a member of our Spa team, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they are seeking. You will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas. You will also use your knowledge to provide information about spa services, treatments, and products. Paid time off*/sick time Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. *For Full Time Year-Round Team Members Responsibilities Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, schedule appointments and taking the necessary notes Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider Qualifications Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred Previous customer service and cash handling experience required Industry related certifications or education a plus Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
