General Information The MUSIC·TEAM is seeking highly motivated interns for our Spring 2027 Internship Program. This in-person opportunity provides hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, brand partnerships, and entertainment business operations. Interns will gain exposure to the day-to-day functions of a global talent agency while working alongside experienced industry professionals. This program is designed for individuals who are passionate about music, eager to learn, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Key Dates Applications close: Sunday, November 1st at 11:59pm PST Internship Term: Monday, January 25, 2027 to Friday, April 30, 2027 Format: Part-time, in-person Duration: 14 weeks Locations & Departments Internships opportunities are available in: Los Angeles, CA Chicago, IL New York, NY Nashville, TN Fort Lauderdale, FL Encinitas, CA Applicants may indicate their preferred location and department. Interns are expected to work in-person for the duration of the program and must be available to commute to their selected office location. Eligibility This internship is designed for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Please submit only one application per internship cycle. Applicants should demonstrate: A strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities A positive attitude and willingness to learn Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office About the Internship This part-time, in-person program is for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in college. Students must provide proof of credit eligibility before starting. Internship opportunities are available in four areas: Touring: Responsible Agent teams, representing touring clients across all genres Tour Marketing: Developing, implementing and executing marketing and ticketing strategies with a primary goal of selling tickets and maximizing marketing budgets for client tours and one-offs nationally and internationally Booking: Securing performances at fairs, festivals, colleges, and other venues Brand Partnerships: Developing innovative partnerships for artists across the Music Division and the broader TEAM network Interns gain hands-on experience and exposure to agency functions, including: Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system Generating tour itineraries and understanding tour routings Assisting with artist immigration processes Shadowing agent teams to learn about client services and workflow Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports to understand tour marketing Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives What Makes Our Internship Unique Our interns work on real, client-facing projects alongside full-time staff, gaining valuable insight into the music and broader entertainment industry. Additional Details This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive academic credit and must provide proof of eligibility during the interview process.
