What You’ll Do:• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients• Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts• Plan, prepare, and review tax returns• Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships• Deliver a variety of non-attest services• Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm What You’ll Need: • Four-year accounting degree • Active CPA license is a plus—but not required• 2-4 years of tax experience in public accounting is preferred• Ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills• Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds• Farm tax experience is a plus—but not required What Sets Us Apart: Busy Season ReliefWe know tax season can be intense—and we believe your career should support your life, not take it over.
