Maintain strong technical knowledge of EverPure and Cohesity solutions and stay current on new products, features, best practices, and certifications. Develop knowledge and expertise across additional storage and data protection technologies supported by VLCM. Document customer environments, configurations, project work, and recommended solutions. Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and take ownership of technical issues through resolution. Collaborate with other VLCM engineers across data center, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
