SUMMARY
Grows and develops customer service skills by providing students
and the general public community support and assistance. Develops an
understanding of student and community needs to provide professional assistance
to students and the community in support of student
success. Develops relationships with new students and continuing
students at Tri-C encouraging and supporting their success at Tri-C.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supports
student success activities Provides
student success information and connections to campus resources through class
visits and campus emailProvides
assistance to peers in navigating campus services and enrollment processes at
Tri-CAcquires
familiarity with campus operations, facilities, student services and My Tri-C
Space; greets and assists students at key Student Services areas, conducting
campus tours, and serving as host/hostesses at campus events and activities
Makes
class visits as neededProvides
overall excellent customer service to students and members of the communityPerforms
other duties as assigned
