Summer 2027 Homebuilding Internship

Job Description David Weekley Homes is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2027 Interns to join our Phoenix Division team. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience. What You’ll Experience: Gain firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process, from pre-contract activities through construction, closing and post-closing service Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of a Builder, including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost management and material control See the David Weekley Way in action and understand the standards that guide how we build homes and serve our Customers Participate in the warranty process, including reviewing service requests and helping address Customer questions and concerns Develop an understanding of how exceptional Customer Service contributes to homeowner satisfaction and overall business success Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction and/or real estate Able to work up to 40 hours per week Must have housing available in the greater Phoenix area for the duration of the internship Additional Information .
