What you'll do
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data to identify workforce trends and provide insights into key people metrics.
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, performance, and learning and development to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to support data-driven initiatives and provide insights that inform people strategies.
- Contribute to HR process improvement and automation initiatives, exploring how technology and AI can enhance reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Human Resources, Technology, and other business functions while gaining exposure to Tradeweb's broader business operations and people strategy.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Businesss, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Interest in people analytics, workforce trends, and the use of data to inform HR and business decisions.
- Strong Excel skills, including familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and trends, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
