About the Internship As a member of our Civil Land Development team, you'll gain valuable exposure to the engineering, planning, design, and permitting processes that support residential, commercial, institutional, and public-sector developments. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and learn how multidisciplinary teams collaborate to create successful projects that positively impact communities. What You'll Experience Observe the site development planning process and learn how engineers evaluate project feasibility. Gain exposure to site design, grading, utility infrastructure, and land development approvals. Learn about stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and environmental permitting requirements. See firsthand how engineers collaborate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, clients, and project stakeholders. Work alongside surveyors, environmental scientists, transportation engineers, landscape architects, and other technical professionals throughout the project lifecycle. Develop an understanding of how projects progress from initial concepts through design, approvals, and construction. Requirements Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Interest in land development, site design, infrastructure, and community development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment. Ability to work in our Allentown, PA office during Summer 2027. Why Isett?
