This is a paid full-time onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.   Key Responsibilities: Help with process documentation, workflow development, and standardization efforts Participate in corrective action and continuous improvement projects Help develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, assembly guides, and OMS documentation Collect and analyze manufacturing performance data Help analyze manufacturing defects and non-conformances Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI Support workload planning and process mapping activities.   Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering Completed Sophomore year of college   We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
