The Procurement Intern assists with responsibilities for various aspects of procurement activities for a business segment or market, provides general support of Third-Party Management Framework, guides and assists RGA business stakeholders through the relationship management processes. What you will do Assist in the development and maintenance of vendor scorecards to evaluate supplier performance across key metrics such as quality, delivery, cost, and compliance. Support the creation and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools to visualize procurement data and vendor analytics. Analyze vendor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in vendor risk reviews, helping assess financial, operational, and compliance risks associated with sourcing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support sourcing strategies. Help document procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Communicate effectively, actively listening and articulates messages in a way that is broadly understandable. Adjusts communication style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related business field.
