Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts has an exciting Reverse Logistics Summer Internship opening at our headquarters in Renton, WA. The selected candidate will work directly with industry professionals supporting key initiatives within Reverse Logistics which encompasses Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns. Projects will provide exposure to aftermarket operations, process improvement, business analytics, customer service, and supply chain support activities that help drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Learn first-hand from top industry professionals Work directly with Managers and Senior Managers Develop mentoring relationships with industry leaders Gain valuable hands-on experience Job Functions / Responsibilities Analyze reverse logistics data to identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies Support Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns teams with reporting, project coordination, and process documentation Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and business metrics used to monitor performance Review and analyze return transactions, warranty claims, and core recovery activity to identify potential improvements Assist with process mapping and documentation of current and future-state workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Product Support, Inventory Management, IT, and Parts Distribution Centers Support testing and implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives Research root causes of recurring issues and provide recommendations for corrective actions Qualifications Strong interest in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivation and energetic personality Team-oriented Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple priorities Strong PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools preferred   This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.Benefits As a U.S. PACCAR intern, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Sick Leave  Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more Global Fortune 500 company with a wide array of growth, training, and development opportunities Work alongside experienced goal-oriented colleagues recognized as experts in their field This position may offer relocation assistance benefits.
