Summer Internship Program Focus: Financial Advising - Client Retention and Business Development June - August 2027 Tschetter Group is an independent advisory firm focused on building life-long relationships with clients through a commonsense approach to investment management and planning. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team. As an intern, you will become a contributing member of the Tschetter Group team this summer. After a brief introductory period where you learn the foundations of wealth management and how the firm operates, you will jump into a focused experience alongside our advisory team. You will learn the foundations of client development and relationship management within wealth management through hands-on involvement in the client journey, from cold calling and initial outreach to meeting preparation and learning how fiduciary responsibility and prioritizing clients’ interests shape the way we build and maintain relationships. Exceptional performance and cultural alignment may lead to consideration for a full-time position upon graduation. As our team is still relatively small and focused on building a solid foundation for growth, we see it as of paramount importance to hire more than just skill and experience. We are also looking for entrepreneurial spirit, a strong alignment with our values and culture, and an excitement and enthusiasm in our mission to give clients optimism about life and money.    Qualifications * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in finance, economics, business, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or earlier * Technological proficiency with Microsoft® Office applications * Excellent written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Drive and desire to help and serve others with client-first mindset * Strong desire to gain further understanding of the wealth management industry * Can-do attitude and collaborative mindset * Previous intern experience in finance or related fields is a plus   Tschetter Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
