This program offers rising college seniors the opportunity to work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals while receiving structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance. Interns also benefit from guest speakers who are industry leaders and curated property tours that enhance the overall learning experience. We are seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry, including work on engagements involving leading global banks, institutional investors, and sophisticated real estate sponsors, and exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions What can you expect from the Townhouse Partners Summer Analyst Internship Program? Required Education and Experience Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028 Prior course work in in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field 3.7 GPA or higher Required Skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively Strong time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
