Support Staff- Del Sol

Description Our Support Staff monitor clients, transport them for treatment, communicate and document all occurrences, and help to provide a safe, caring environment in which the clients can recover. The Support Staff spend more direct time with the clients than any other position, and as such, are the lead role models in helping the clients to rebuild new lives. It requires maintaining a positive, productive attitude, even when clients may be argumentative or non-compliant. Shift: Nights Client Supervision and Management including coordinating care and services Facility compliance checks and documentation Record keeping and documentation Personal and client accountability General housekeeping Inventory Meal Prep & Service Alcohol and Drug testing Documentation in housing software program Property Management & Light Maintenance Who is Axiom Care? Basic computer navigation skills. Ability to type at least 30 words per minutes. Professional and/or personal experience with substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
