Lead a team that opens the community's doors
Imagine a job where your biggest win of the week is watching someone try something new, make a friend, or take a big step toward a goal they set for themselves. That's the heart of this role.
As our Supported Community Connections (SCC) Manager, you'll lead the programs that help the people we support get out, get involved, and thrive in the community. Your leadership will leave a lasting mark on the participants and on the team that supports them.
If you're a natural connector, a creative planner, and a coach who brings out the best in people, this is your next chapter.

Lead and grow a great team
Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Run staff meetings and monthly trainings, including orientations for relief staff
Keep schedules balanced so every program has the coverage it needs
Champion quality and independence
Use baseline data to shape programming and adjust goals as people grow
Protect every person's dignity, rights, and ability to make informed choices
Spot opportunities to make our services even better
Advocate for independence, choice, and the right of every individual to express their preferences
Keep it all running smoothly
Ensure programs meet Starpoint policies, Medicaid Waiver requirements, OSHA standards, and licensing and contractual requirements
Prepare and submit reports as needed
