Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that uses runtime context to identify and prioritize the risks that actually matter. With eBPF-powered sensors, we deliver agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security, so teams can focus on what truly matters instead of drowning in alerts. We’re in a period of significant growth. There’s an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape, and every hire changes the trajectory of the company. About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate: a sharp, curious Talent Acquisition professional at the start of their career who wants to learn the craft properly, from the inside of a fast-growing company. This is a real Talent Acquisition role. You’ll run hiring processes end to end, from the first search to the signed offer, starting with early-career and less complex roles and growing into a full desk of your own. Alongside that, you’ll own part of the recruiting coordination that keeps our process running smoothly. You’ll be part of a professional, global team across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, with plenty of experienced people to learn from. No prior recruiting experience is required. What matters is how you think, how you work, and how badly you want to get good at this. What You’ll Do Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of roles: opening intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, managing the interview process, and closing. Source proactively: build searches on LinkedIn and other platforms, use AI-assisted sourcing tools, reach out directly, and keep your own pipelines warm. Run hiring for early-career and less complex roles, from sourcing to scheduling to offers. Work closely with hiring managers: understand what they actually need, keep them updated, and bring them honest market feedback. Give every candidate a clear, warm, well-managed experience from the first message to the final answer, including the ones who don’t get an offer. Own recruiting coordination: scheduling, ATS hygiene, candidate communication, and keeping every process moving without things falling through the cracks. Track your pipelines and report on progress, and help us find ways to run things better. Learn fast: take part in intake sessions, calibration conversations, and process improvements, and gradually take on more complex roles. Requirements What We’re Looking For Must-have A degree with strong academic results (or equivalent achievements). Real hunger to build a career in recruiting, with the drive to prove it. Curiosity and sharpness: you ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and learn from every conversation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and managers. Organization and attention to detail. You can juggle many open processes without dropping any. Comfort with technology and a genuine interest in AI-assisted tools. Nice-to-have Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or any role that involved talking to people and following through (including student jobs or volunteering). Interest in the tech and cybersecurity world. Experience with an ATS or sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. What You’ll Get Hands-on mentorship from experienced tech recruiting leaders. A real career path: from supporting roles and coordination to owning your own full-cycle desk. A front-row seat to a company in hypergrowth, where your work has visible impact from day one.
