About the company

We exist to make humanity more free. For most of human history, you farmed or you starved. Technology gave people more time for the things they wanted to do, instead of things they had to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built - but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. There are groups building AI who don't share these goals. Whoever deploys frontier compute infrastructure fastest will decide whether AI expands human freedom or shrinks it. We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We hire people who care deeply about this problem space. If that is you, please apply!

ABOUT FLUIDSTACK We exist to make humanity more free. HOW WE OPERATE - Be a barrel. Full autonomy. Own things end to end, take on scope without being asked, no permission required to operate outside your core role. - Insane urgency. We drive everything forward as fast as possible. - Reason from first principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins. - Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. - Build something that actually matters. If you're going to spend your time, spend it on something that matters to the world. THE TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM Examples of key problems the team is working on - Deploy AI across the entire funnel. Use the latest models in every part of talent ops to find the best people in the world faster than any team has before. You won't bolt AI onto old processes; you'll rebuild recruiting around it. - Treat talent as the critical path. Every role we can't fill slows the whole company down. We need to figure out how to move faster than everyone else in market without ever dropping the bar; one wrong hire costs more than a slow one. - Build a brand the best want to join. Make Fluidstack a name top talent seeks out, not one we have to chase. You'll shape how the world's best engineers and operators hear about us, and why they say yes. ROLE SCOPE - Own interview coordination end to end: schedule and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats, time zones, and roles with zero dropped balls. - Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process, responsive and clear at every touchpoint. - Keep the machine running: anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, logistical issues, and process bottlenecks before they become problems. - Maintain data integrity: own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS. - Support the TA team operationally, partnering with Partners and Sourcers on the tasks that keep pipelines healthy and hiring moving. - Spot friction in the process, flag it, and help build better workflows, leaving every system better than you found it. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/fluidstack/05c2e69c-42f9-4fcb-9cf0-a467aaf98f1c - You've coordinated recruiting, or run administrative or operations work, in a fast-paced tech or startup environment. - You manage high volumes of moving parts across multiple roles at once without losing quality or urgency. - You sweat the details and run a tight process, and people can always count on you to follow through. - You communicate with precision, so candidates, hiring managers, and teammates always know where things stand. - You keep clean data and have a low tolerance for errors, because clean systems produce better outcomes. - Bonus: ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar). High-volume technical recruiting coordination. Process and workflow building. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
