What you'll do
- 1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for technical programs Research the U.S. quantum computing landscape, including funding sources, program announcements, and competitors Summarize findings for the Quantum Technology Lead to inform program strategy 2. Support strategic relationship development with public-sector and technical stakeholders Prepare briefing materials and background research ahead of stakeholder engagements Help maintain contact records and follow up on engagement activities 3. Edit white papers and full proposals Review and refine technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency Coordinate input from technical contributors and track proposal deadlines and requirements 4. Assist in managing government programs Track program milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements Support communication with government program stakeholders under the guidance of the manager
