What you'll do

• Translate business needs into MHK solutions, investigate root causes across data, integrations, configuration, and system behavior, and support implementation and validation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to guide solution decisions and resolve complex issues.

What you need

• <p>Five (5) years of experience in technical consulting, application support, implementation, systems analysis, integration operations, or a similar client-facing technical role.</p>
• <p>Working proficiency with SQL and data analysis concepts to investigate data integrity, validate system behavior, and explain data-driven findings.</p>
• <p>Practical experience with Linux/Unix shell commands and structured data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, or fixed-width files.</p>
• <p>Hands-on experience testing and validating REST or SOAP APIs with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or cURL.</p>
• <p>Hands-on experience with secure file transfer processes, including SFTP or FTPS and PGP/GPG encryption, decryption, or validation.</p>
• <p>Working knowledge of system configuration, integrations, technical support processes, testing, and environment validation.</p>
• <p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to move from symptoms to root cause and explain technical topics to business, operational, and technical stakeholders.</p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented" style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience in healthcare technology, payer operations, care management, utilization management, appeals and grievances, or another regulated environment.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented" style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience with enterprise schedulers or batch workflow tools, operational and BI data environments, Python or shell scripting, and Git or Bitbucket.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Exposure to modern AI platforms and developer tools, including LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar), with an interest in applying generative AI to technical consulting, automation, and problem solving.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Enterprise schedulers such as Skybot/Automate Schedule, Cron, Control-M, or Autosys.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Understanding of enterprise batch operations, concurrent processing, analytics platforms, and data reconciliation techniques used to support operational reporting and system monitoring.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Python or shell scripting for automation, validation, troubleshooting, or operational support.</span></span></p>
• <p class="Listbulletindented" style="margin-bottom: 3pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least three years of experience in technical consulting, application support, implementation, systems analysis, integration operations, or a related client-facing technical role.</span></span></p>
