Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You may have started your career in engineering and discovered you have a talent for communication and design. Or you may be a technical marketer who genuinely understands how manufacturing and industrial systems work.
Either way, you should bring a combination of:
Engineering, industrial technology, technical marketing, or related experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing environments and industrial network solutions; experience with automation, controls, OT networking, cybersecurity, or systems integration is a strong advantage.
Strong visual communication and design instincts.
The ability to understand technical information and translate it for different audiences.
Advanced MS PowerPoint skills and genuine enthusiasm for using PowerPoint as a communication and design tool.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience creating professional technical diagrams, graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with engineers and highly technical subject matter experts.
The Person We Have in Mind
You understand engineers because you think technically. You understand marketing because you know the message matters. And you understand design because you know how information is presented can be just as important as the information itself.
If you can look at a slide deck packed with technical detail and immediately start thinking about how to make it clearer, sharper, and more compelling, we’d like to meet you.
