Learn more at www.pavion.com [https://pavion.com/] Primary Responsibilities: * Actively participate in on-the-job training under the guidance of a Licensed Electrician Associate (LEA), completing all assigned tasks and learning objectives. * Assist in identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting electrical issues and equipment malfunctions. * Support the testing of electrical and security systems to verify proper installation and functionality. * Conduct inspections of electrical systems to assess the need for maintenance or repairs. * Install electrical conduit and pull low-voltage cabling in accordance with project specifications. * Perform trim-out of security devices, ensuring proper placement and connectivity. * Replace or repair conduit and wiring as needed to maintain system integrity and safety. Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required * Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a willingness to follow instructions and take direction from experienced team members * Foundational technical skills and a basic understanding of electrical systems and the electrician trade * Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power tools * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities * Flexibility to travel to job sites and stay overnight when required The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour.  The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
