Primary Responsibilities: * Install and service security equipment such as: * Access control systems * CCTV/video surveillance cameras * Intrusion alarm systems * Intercom systems * Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. * Test equipment to ensure proper operation. * Run and terminate cabling. * Document service work and system changes. * Follow safety procedures and company standards. * Assist senior technicians on larger projects. * Basic electrical and low-voltage wiring knowledge * Familiarity with hand and power tools * Computer and networking fundamentals * Problem-solving and troubleshooting * Good communication and customer service skills Basic Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Technical training or vocational education preferred * Low-voltage, alarm, or security industry certifications are a plus * This position requires regular driving to customer and project sites. A valid driver’s license is required. The hourly pay range for this position is $XX.XX–$YY.YY per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
