Technology Consultant

Job description: Compensation :$33,800 annual base salary plus commission on all sales. Location : Miami, Florida (on-site) Employment Type : Full-time · 40 h/week Job Overview As a Technology Consultant, you'll help clients understand technology options and identify solutions that fit their needs. The role combines consultative service with sales: you'll discuss products or services, support customers through their decisions, and contribute to sales while earning commission. Clear communication, curiosity, and a customer-focused approach will help you build trust and make technology easier to navigate. Responsibilities Learn about customers' needs, priorities, and technology challenges. Explain relevant technology products, services, and solution options. Recommend solutions that align with customer requirements. Support sales conversations and guide customers through decisions. Follow up on customer questions and maintain helpful communication. Customer service or consultative sales experience is helpful. Interest in technology and willingness to learn new products. Ability to explain technical information in accessible language. Sound judgment when matching solutions to customer needs. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, Marketing or related fields. 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, preferably technology, software or services. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken. Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, RFID or Agile/Scrum is a plus. Strong consultative selling and requirements-gathering skills. Proficient in Excel, CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms. Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits.
