Trainee, you’ll join a structured 18-month rotational program within the
Business Technology (BT) Division, gaining exposure to multiple functional areas
including Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process
Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and Project Management.
This role is designed to build foundational technical and business knowledge
while contributing to real-world projects. The Technology Trainee supports
system implementations, process improvements, and technology initiatives that
impact business operations. The position requires the application of analytical
thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to exercise developing independent
judgment in evaluating information, supporting technical solutions, and
contributing to project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Rotational Learning & Development
* Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across multiple
BT functions.
* Develop working knowledge of systems, tools, and processes supporting
business operations.
* Apply learned concepts to real-world projects and assignments.
Technical Support & Project Contribution
* Assist in providing technical support to end users and internal stakeholders.
* Support project and product activities including requirements gathering,
development support, testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and
business solutions.
Analysis & Problem Solving
* Analyze technical issues and contribute to identifying solutions under
guidance from experienced team members.
* Assist in evaluating system performance, workflows, and opportunities for
improvement.
* Apply analytical thinking to support decision-making and project execution.
Documentation & Process Support
* Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting
procedures.
* Support standardization and knowledge-sharing across teams.
Continuous Learning & Improvement
* Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
* Actively seek opportunities to expand technical and business knowledge.
Decision-Making & Discretion
This role exercises developing independent judgment in:

Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics,
Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* Internship or academic project experience in technology-related fields
preferred
