Today's pest and termite control demands attention to detail, so the ability to handle day to day business with the knowledge that your work has been performed to Pest USA's standards is a must. rnSummary:rnThe Termite Route Technician is responsible for providing a variety of termite prevention and elimination services in and around residential and commercial structures.rnResponsibilities and Duties include:rnrnAccess daily schedules and determine if adequate equipment is stocked on company truck and replenish at home location as needed rnLocate and evaluate all bait stations to the assigned location using diagram of installation and/or manually using a location device rnScan bait stations once located and evaluatedrnLog any products used in the bait evaluation processrnSelf-direct to appropriate routesrnSelf-direct workflow once on scheduled location/assignmentrnComply with company and label safety proceduresrnAdhere to timely schedule and keep appointments with customersrnSell additional services to existing and prospective customersrnKeep company equipment in good working orderrnEnsure company vehicle and is clean and in compliance for Friday inspectionsrnAssist with Pest Control routes as neededrnAll other duties as assigned.rnrnQualifications:rnrn18+ years of age (21 years is preferred)rnPossess current driver's license with MVR in good standingrnWilling to work evenings and weekends as neededrnrnrnAbility to communicate effectively with office staff, co-workers, and customersrnExceptional customer service skillsrnrnrnAbility to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing exams within the first 30 days and maintain as neededrnPrevious experience in the termite or pest control industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the individual who believes in themselves and can exceed our expectationsrnrn rnPhysical Requirements:rnrnWork outdoors during all seasons in all weather conditionsrnrnrnAble to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and 50 lbs. on occasionrnFrequent standing, walking, bending and crawling as well as long durations of sitting if commute between customers is lengthyrnrnPest USA proudly offers:rnrnCompetitive compensation and sales incentivesrnMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancesrnAffordable Life and Short Term Disability Insurance PlansrnSupplemental insurance benefitsrnPaid Time OffrnCompany vehicle and company gas cardrnCompany cell phonern401k with company matchrnrnAll applicants are subject to drug testing, a criminal background check, as well as a providing a clean driving record report, prior to employment.
