Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required. Job Description: -Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms. -Work with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure that supports machine learning and AI across our program. Required Qualifications: -2+ years of experience in generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini -2+ years of experience with working in a system administrations operationsenvironment -2+ years of experience in working with Tier II and Tier III support and handling the incident management workflow -2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation -Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem -Outstanding written communication skills and are able to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers -Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in a system administrations operations environment -Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire date Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Helm and Terraform -Experience developing prompts, tools, and agents with LLMs -Experience with design and implementation, including building, containerizing, and deploying end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines, within a Cloud environment -Experience with version control tools, including Git -Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Consistent with federal and state law where SageCor conducts business, SageCor Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status, or any other protected class.
