This role will primarily focus on planning, hosting, and growing TikTok Lives, while also supporting TikTok Shop operations, affiliates, and creator relationships.The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, understands how to engage an audience in real time, can confidently talk about fashion products, and knows how to turn Live viewers into customers.What you'll doTikTok Lives - Primary FocusHost and lead regular TikTok Lives for BohmeBe comfortable and confident speaking and selling on cameraPlan Live schedules, themes, featured products, promotions, and talking pointsPrepare products and outfits ahead of each LiveLearn product details, fit, sizing styling, and key selling pointsEngage with viewers in real time and answer product and sizing questionsKeep Lives energetic, conversational, and aligned with the Bohme brandHighlight new arrivals, best sellers, promotions, and key productsCoordinate products, formats, and selling strategies perform bestContinuously test ways to improve Live viewership's and salesStay current on TikTok Live trends, features, and best practicesTikTok ShopSupport day-to-day management of the Bohme TikTok ShopEnsure products featured during Lives are properly listed, linked, and availableHelp mantain product listings, inventory, promotions, and product availabilityCoordinate TikTok Shop promotions with upcoming Lives and product launchesTroubleshoot basic shop or product-linking issuesAdditional SupportHelp recruit and communicate with TikTok Shop affiliates and creatorsSend product recommendations and campaign information to creatorsidentify strong-performing creators and potential Live collablorationsTrack affiliate performance and creator-generated salesParticipate in content creation when neededWork closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and social terms on launches and promotionsQualificationsComfortable, engaging, and natural on cameraStrong communication and sales skillsKnowledge of TikTok, TikTok Live, and social commerceExperience with TikTok Shop and/or Lives preferredComfortable talking about fashion, styling, fit, and productsAbility to think quickly and interact with viewers in real timeOrganized and able to prepare products, talking points, and promotions ahead of Lives.Understanding of social media trends and TikTok culturePrevious retail, sales, influencer, social media, or live-selling experience is a plusMust be comfortable regularly hosting TikTok Lives as the primary responsibility of the position.
