We are seeking a Toddler Teacher who values consistency, teamwork, communication, and creating a positive experience for children and families. About the Role As a Toddler Teacher, you will work with children ages 12–36 months and support their development through nurturing care, consistent routines, and engaging learning experiences. Responsibilities Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Maintain active supervision and required teacher-to-child ratios Follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing procedures Implement our L.E.A.P.® Curriculum and daily classroom routines Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development Communicate professionally with families and team members Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation Work collaboratively with teaching partners and center leadership Qualifications Experience working with toddlers preferred Colorado Shines PDIS Credential 3.0 Level 2 or higher preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to obtain EQIT preferred or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Knowledge of early childhood health and safety practices Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation What Success Looks Like Successful teachers at our center: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Follow established classroom, licensing, and organizational procedures Communicate professionally and respectfully Work collaboratively with coworkers and leadership Respond positively to coaching and feedback Maintain high standards for supervision, safety, and classroom quality Contribute to a positive workplace culture Requirements Successfully complete required background screening Meet applicable Colorado childcare licensing requirements Complete required training and certifications Our children and families depend on consistent, high-quality care.
