What you'll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair traffic signal systems and related infrastructure; program and test controllers and cabinet equipment.
- Lead crews, coordinate projects, train team members, document work, and participate in emergency response and on-call rotations.
What you need
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience; a valid CDL and DOT medical card; and current First Aid, CPR/AED, and Flagger certifications.
- Must pass background screening; IMSA is preferred and required after hire.
- Education: a high school diploma or a professional certificate

Traffic Signal Technician
to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair traffic signal systems and related transportation infrastructure. This position offers opportunities for leadership, technical growth, and career advancement.
What You'll Do
• Install, maintain, and repair traffic signal systems and associated infrastructure.
• Program and test traffic signal controllers and cabinet equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, communication, and detection systems.
• Establish and maintain safe work zones.
• Lead crews and coordinate project activities.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Complete reports and project documentation.
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience.
• Valid CDL and DOT medical card.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED, and Flagger certifications.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
• Traffic signal construction and maintenance experience.
• Experience operating construction equipment and aerial devices.
• Ability to read plans, schematics, and specifications.
• IMSA preferred, will be required after hire
